Summary

We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Ever. Easy Doc Scanner works entirely on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no internet access.

What the app does with your documents

• Photos you take with the in-app camera are processed on your device only: document detection, perspective correction, and image enhancement are performed locally.
• Scanned pages and exported PDFs are saved to your device's app storage and stay there until you delete them (in the app, or by uninstalling / clearing app data).
• When you share a PDF, the Android share sheet passes the file to whichever app or service you choose (email, cloud drive, messaging, …). The app itself never sends anything anywhere.

Data we collect

None. The app does not request network access, so it cannot transmit data even accidentally. We do not collect personal information, usage statistics, crash reports, or device identifiers.

Permissions

• Camera: required to take photos of documents. Used only while you are actively scanning.

Children

The app contains no content inappropriate for children and collects no data from users of any age.

Your rights (GDPR / EEA)

Because we collect and process no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. All of your data stays on your device under your control; you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this page will be updated and the change will be described in the app's release notes before the update ships.
